TVWriter™ congratulates everyone who entered. The caliber of writing in this year’s People’s Pilot was extraordinary, but these Semi-Finalists were the teleplays that stood out even more in the judges’ eyes in terms of storytelling and audience (and network) appeal, the work of writers who, if not currently pros, certainly should be.

All of us here are extremely proud of the 2015 People’s Pilot Semi-Finalists. We urge you to go out and splurge on the kind of celebrations you deserve. Or better yet, get your friends and family to take you out. In other words, you should be very proud of yourselves!

Remember, this is only the beginning because:

COMING NEXT WEEK – The People’s Pilot Finalists.

Be here.

I submitted the script Awake Anew which seemingly placed as a semi-finalist, however, my name is not listed with it. I just wanted to confirm that it did in fact place and that it was the script I submitted.
    Thanks!
    Aaron Woolsey

Sorry, Aaron. It’s definitely the script you submitted. Your name is where it belongs now, and we apologize for the error. Somebody must have been sleeping instead of proofreading Thursday night. (Um, and that would be me, so this is a very sincere personal apology from LB. I know how important getting the right credit is.)
